Director of Clinical Compliance and Education
As the director of clinical compliance and education at Capital Health Management, Charlene Jaeger is responsible for assisting the key leadership teams at the communities in successful survey outcomes, providing guidance and oversight to achieve good quality of care and educating staff regarding nursing processes and documentation.
Charlene is a registered nurse with an additional degree in human resources management. She is licensed in numerous states and has 40 years of nursing experience in multiple levels of nursing from acute care to long-term care. Additionally, Charlene gained years of experience in a variety of positions before joining Capital Health Management, including director of critical care, director of nursing, executive director of hospice, regional nurse and administrator at assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
Throughout her career, Charlene has had success in developing management teams, leading skilled nursing and assisted living facilities to successful survey outcomes and maximizing organizations’ financial performance by achieving a positive balance sheet.
Charlene strongly believes that Capital Health Management’s three skilled nursing and residential care communities are valuable to the areas they serve because of their high standard of care. One of her favorite features of the communities is the commitment by Capital Health Management to provide daily feedback addressing care, as well as the overall design and operations of the communities that provide a quality environment for the residents, staff and visitors.
