Physical Therapy

Whether recovering from injury or surgery, our residents benefit from the latest technology and techniques administered by our team of physical therapists. Through a plan customized to each resident, we can help you improve flexibility, mobility, strength and overall quality of life.

Occupational Therapy

Sometimes daily tasks such as dressing, cooking, gardening, shopping or even balancing a checkbook can be difficult for those challenged by injury, illness, chronic conditions or developmental disabilities. Through daily living assessments, exercise and assistive devices, our trained occupational therapists can help residents lead independent, productive and satisfying lives.

Speech-Language Therapy

As people age, their vocal cords tend to lose elasticity and become thinner which can lead to speech issues. Additionally, strokes or other sudden conditions can limit voice volume or cause irregular speech patterns and even swallowing dysfunctions. Through simple exercises to improve speech patterns, our speech therapists can help residents regain confidence and independence by focusing on pronunciation and articulation.

Restorative Therapy

Adapting to the rigors of daily living when recovering from an injury or adjusting to a physical disability can be difficult. Our licensed restorative therapists are dedicated to helping residents maintain the highest practical level of well-being. Our goal is that through proper body alignment and positioning, each resident participating in the Restorative Therapy Program can adjust to any disability and achieve independence in daily life.

Our fully licensed and compassionate nursing staff is dedicated to meeting the day-to-day needs of our residents. Our nurses are specially trained in wound care and are IV certified at every facility. Our goal is to always put residents first.

IV Therapy

Some residents may require some form of Intravenous (IV) Therapy as part of their daily treatment plan. Our skilled nurses will perform IV Therapy to ensure proper hydration and to administer medications, which are absorbed faster by this method and achieve therapeutic levels faster at a lower dose.

Nurse Practitioner

Our comprehensive services fill in gaps that benefit the patients and the facilities we service. CRC provides Nurse Practitioner caregivers to assist in SNF patient care. Our clinicians work with your therapists and physicians to improve therapy treatment plans by adding in a layer of clinical oversight and capabilities that do not currently exist in most skilled nursing facilities. We are champions of patient autonomy and getting the patient as independent and functional as possible. We hope to not only add years to life, but life to years.

Hospice Care

Specialized caregivers are ready to comfort families and residents during a terminal illness. Our compassionate team focuses on the comfort and dignity of the resident, while demonstrating emotional and spiritual support.

Wound Management

Our facilities take a holistic approach to wound prevention, management and healing.  With interventions in nutrition, positioning and skilled nursing care, prevention is the key.  If there becomes a need for wound care, our highly trained nurses utilize the wound care protocol designed specifically for our facility using the wound care products and equipment proven to provide positive results. Capital Health Management continues to provide advanced modalities in wound treatment and services.
